Inspired Fitness is Louisville's hot new Women's Social & Fitness Network that kicks off with a 4-Week "Beginner Bootcamp" for women-only. You'll get support and motivation from women just like you as well as from your Beginner Bootcamp instructor. And, while our next Bootcamp kicks things off......this is followed by so much more including a Unique Cardio event every week to try out new activities with other Members, as well as social gatherings such as group dinners, special events and "girl's night out"! While the Fitness Now! Bootcamp is just the beginning of the benefits you'll be entitled to as a Member of the Inspired Fitness Network, it is an awesome start. By joining you'll also be entitled to take advantage of unique cardio activities at different locations each week (such as Yoga, Pilates, Cardio Kickboxing, and more), social events such as dinners and get togethers, as well as receiving a customized fitness and nutrition plan that you can then track on-line. You'll find yourself surrounded by women just like you - wanting to get in shape, lose inches, have a great time, and get support every single step of the way! If you're a woman that would like to lose weight and inches but don't like the "gym scene" or are a beginner looking for extra support - then the Inspired Fitness Social & Fitness Network is for you!
The Inspired Fitness Social & Fitness Network is the "gym alternative" women across the country are embracing to get in shape. Starting with a woman-only "Beginner Bootcamp", Members work out together and give each other support, motivation, accountability while being led by expert instructors.
Inspired Fitness is focused on helping our Members meet their fitness and nutritional goals through support, accountability, and shared social experiences. We believe that the key to helping our Members reach their fitness goals is through a support network that will help them stay motivated, keep on track, and have fun all at the same time.
Our program offers an initial 1-, 2- or 3-month program that focuses on developing healthy fitness and nutritional routines that they can then continue on for life. Its takes about 28 days (or 4 weeks) to develop a habit, so the program starts with a 4 week "Beginner Bootcamp" program that will be the foundation for the rest of the program.
In addition to Bootcamp, Members have the option to attend Unique Cardio events each week (free to Members) such as Yoga, Pilates, Cardio-Kickboxing, and other fun events that get your heart rate going but also let you try new activities.
In addition, Members have the option to attend social gatherings organized just for them (such as "girl's night out", "dinner club", etc).
If desired, after completing Beginner Bootcamp, Members may move on to Beginner Bootcamp II and then Intermediate Bootcamp.
